A Family Apartment
A family home arranged around one long, light-filled living room.
The living space runs the length of the home and opens to the light. A few good materials do most of the work, so nothing competes, and the room changes mood naturally from morning to evening.
It is built for ordinary family life: somewhere to gather, to read, and to do very little at all.
A few materials, used well, age into something better than new.
